MDT article Review Child Abuse Story of Anjelica
MDT article Review Child Abuse Story of Anjelica According to APRI 2004, working within the multi-disciplinary team has many benefits. First, they directly approach and assist the victim and family by using a variety of individuals and agencies such as: law enforcements, Child Protective Services (CPS), Medical Personnel, and Mental Health Professionals to help build a case for the neglect and abused children. In contrast to independent investigations can overwhelm the child, evidence can be overlooked, tainted, and lost making it harder for the family to have any peace. Multi-disciplinary team has more eyes to search for and find the specific clues and observations needed to help with the child victim case. Another beneficial approach is how the MDT can reduce the number of interviews a child has to undergo, minimize the people in the case, enhance the quality of evidence discovered, educate each agency, and it helps to diminish the defense ability to play one agency against another (APRI, 2004). The more people and agencies you have to work together the better the outcome. The following case that I’m about to talk about is of a nine-year-old girl named Angelica, who just lost their mother and a father was trusting a good friend to watch his daughter after school.
Anjelica and her courage to get justice
Angelica is a 9-year-old girl who had just lost her mother and her father had turned to a close friend to help him take care of her after school. However, Daddy’s friend who was supposed to be a trusted friend turned out to be a Monster who continue to rape his daughter over and over again continuously over several months, and threatened to hurt her if she ever told anybody. After months of being abused Angelica Finally Found the courage to tell

...Objective The objective of this report is to focus on the concept Training and Development in HRM” and examines in more detail some of the theoretical advantages and disadvantages of Training and Development strategies in HRM followed by a critical review on the evidence based around what impact it has had in practice in terms of promoting and enhancing business performance. While we cannot ignore the importance of HRM theories in today’s management context, this paper explores whether these theories work well in practice. Introduction The key purpose of HRM is to enable management to enhance the individual and collective contributions of people to the short and long term success of the enterprise. Health and Illness

...NM2710-The experience of Health & Illness Assessment: Client case Study- Culture and the “Service User” Experience Introduction In this essay, I will be discussing a client that I cared for while I was on my placement practice. I had to fill in my inter-professional education book where i had to interview a client about his experience in the health care setting and how he is coping with his health and illness and the health care he is receiving whilst he is in the care of the National Health Service. I will be discussing his cultural needs and how it makes impacts on health and the impact it has on the client/ families psychological and social. This essay will show a non-judgemental description of the patient’s personality, family, cultural or social background. In this case study I have changed his name and will be referring to the patient as Mr Asim Khan to maintain confidentiality and identity. I will not give the name of the hospital/PCT. This is a breach of confidentiality policy and by the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC 2008). I choose Asim Khan as my chosen patient because I found him polite, and his social history very interesting, he was easy to talk to, and he was open about his medical condition and willing to discuss any questions I had regarding his condition. I also found out about his medical history and social background. I really appreciated that despite his ill condition and the pain he was going through, he still took time out to talk...
