1.0 The meeting began at 8:00 PM on 04/18/16.
1.1. The meeting was located via Google Hangouts.
2.0 (Topic: Objective) (All members): The team began the meeting by reviewing the objective of the project at Patterson Pump.
2.1 (Reed): Reed reviewed the non-conforming reports for the two vendors: Cast and Southern Cast.
2.2 (Roberson): Roberson updated the group on this findings while compiling the data.
2.3 (Bringhurst, Holt, and Lattanaxay): All helped one another on crunching through the statistics.
3.0 (Topic: Final Presentation) (All members): The team began a discussion about how to approach the final presentation.
3.1 (Holt): Holt reviewed what Professor Dollar discussed in previous class about the final paper and presentation.
3.2 (Lattanaxay): Lattanaxay suggested main topics that should be highlighted in the PowerPoint slides.
4.0 (Reed): Reed assigned which slide each members should present to the class on Friday.
4.1 (Holt): Holt suggested revisions should be made to the final paper before submitting it.
4.2 (Roberson): Roberson decided to change the objective to match the data that the group has received.
4.3 (Bringhurst, Holt): Both will make revisions on the final paper.
5.0 The meeting ended at 9:24PM on 04/18/16.
5.1 (Roberson, Lattanaxay): Both members will complete the data analysis and results, and send to the team by 04/20/16.

This provided me with a new awareness of how co-workers go about doing their jobs and how decisions are made. In addition, no one was looking at the cost savings side of the conversion to a Common Review Date.
