* I. Introduction
We have all shopped there, those stores that have huge lines and not enough cashiers on duty, although they have over 20 registers and only 7 are open, or worse stores that have no employee on sight for help when we have a question to ask. In order to be efficient, all stores need to have an adequate amount of staff working on all departments. However, this is not the case for most stores, in particular K-Mart. With nationwide store locations, K-Mart is one of America’s retail giants.
