Presently, the company’s vision and mission statements have to broken down and understood before change is inflicted on the company; this is because several present constraints rely on the present vision therefore this should be analyzed carefully e.g. the origin and history of said company. When entering a different or another market, the proposed market must be analyzed for factors that could enhance said company, the company’s product analysis is important, the business culture of proposed market should be taken note of and the employee engagement to. Barriers in corporate cultures must be broken to allow multinational corporations to function within the business environment. Companies that pride themselves on strong core values must be able to remain when branching into a new market; the culture must have an adaptable basis.

Tolapp Corp mission statement emphasizes its operational and business objectives worldwide. The previous brand image of Tolapp Corp should play a huge role in this new business venture, the logo should show value and acquire its grounds by representing what competing organizations lack (Phillip Kotler, 2006). Trade analysis of this segment can place Tolapp Corp in a certain realm in choosing the mission statement, whereas several other factors are important from the reports like the market analysis for each segment for company’s operations, target consumers for the company and financial reports about competitors all included.
Tolapp Corporation is a well to do manufacturing company located in Tennessee, USA that manufactures power tools, lawn mowers, lawn furniture, microwaves, and ranges. Tolapp Corp uses major department stores as local retailers Sears, Best-Buy and WalMart, these products are manufactured; the products are sold within the United States and Canada.
Our marketing approach distributes through large retailers and pushes the products to locals through advertisements and promotions. The company strives to expand to global destinations still providing premium quality products at reasonable prices, because another objective of this expansion is to remain price effective.

Setting objectives requires a benchmark to measure the achievement of the objectives, the following below are points, which need to be taken into consideration when designing and effectively working for Tolapp Corp and their employees. Some are: 1. Measurable. There must be one statistic in place that measures development against satisfying the objective.

2. Be Specific. This emphasizes a clear idea as to what needs to be achieved.

3. Be Appropriate. It must be coherent with vision and mission statements of said company.

4. Be Realistic. This should be an attainable goal given the organization’s strengths within the market environment.

5. Time Constraint. There needs to be a set-time to finish the set objectives.

Measuring effectiveness and feedback mechanisms
Tracking results of the implementation process and regulating new improvements is essential for adopting new strategies (J.D. Daniels, 2010). Measuring the effectiveness of the mechanisms put in place for Tolapp Corp will help the company in changing and adjusting for company’s good. Some companies have adopted the 360-feedback system, some of the uses are below: 1. Identifying improvement areas and skill sets. 2. Discovering potential rulers and leaders 3. To assist in implementing programs after mergers.
The 360-feedback system helps in evaluating the implementation procedure, business goals and adjusts the program constraints to fit the organizations needs. Some used are below: 1. Financial metrics; could be ratios, profitability, sales volume, and the financial position of the business. 2. Measuring employee and trainee accomplishment. 3. Measuring brand responsiveness. 4. Measuring cultural response of the company and international functions. 5. Measuring the level of policy alignments within completion course

Legal & Ethical issues
Changes within organizations such expansion, board of directors, stakeholders, etc requires consideration of ethical issues. The legal system of the proposed market Tolapp Corp wants to join should be known, whether it is the common law legal system or the civil legal system. Knowledge of both laws and implementing them within the organization before final move would smoothen the roughness and adjustment of the expansion between the company and its employees and the new market. Some of the issues to be faced can be: 1. Intellectual Property and copyright infringements. 2. Corruption practice in countries such as Africa and South America. 3. The company taxes, in regions such as Asia will face regulatory and innovation policy, taxes, health and safety concerns, environmental regulations, responsible business conduct, investment and protection of intellectual property rights.
