A. As a leasing consultant I have to use creative intelligence daily as every person is different. As I tour the community I have to ask the right question and listen to their answers and use emotions/daily lives to sell my community. For example a person wanted an apartment later but we had availability now so I have to get creative in explaining how it gave them more time to move in slowly paint some walls mount television so they would not lose the prefect home for them. B. As a leasing professional there is always room for innovation. My boss wanted to know what day of the week we received the most traffic in the office. So to figure this out I have to pull traffic reports from tours, calls, email, and work orders. After pulling these reports we figured out our busiest day of the week and peak hours of the day. With this information we were able to better staff the office for these peak times in return helping all the customers and increasing our bottom line. C. 1.
