SAS’s reputation of their corporate values and goals in regards to their employees, customers, and their business model reflect their dedication to them. Employees are happy with their positions and the environment that SAS has created for them. Their flexibility and encouragement for employees to be creative and innovative demonstrates they want their employees to thrive and be successful.

SAS attracts the best of the best in the workforce. They are able to retain their employees with little turnover. Employees are motivated to be the best they can be. With having little turnover this is profitable for the company’s bottom line.
SAS uses art in all their buildings to draw out their employees creative flowing. The company culture exemplifies their commitment to their employees. They are focused on the health care of them employees and their families. This benefit helps the employees with the keeping a balanced family life. Along with health care and day-care facilities, they also have on-site café’s.

I’ll analyze the problem using Hofstede’s five dimensions of culture to compare Korean and American assumptions.
