All the care provided at MidHudson Regional Hospital is evidence-based. Critical care meeting was conducted to evaluate the care patients received. The meeting was also to address the evidence-based quality improvement. I observed evidence-based practice being used during the care and maintenance of the catheters. Nurses used proper hand hygiene during central line dressing change. Proper hand hygiened helps to prevent and control
