However he does not seem to be a motivated person when it comes to moving up the ladder with in his profession and seems to have issues with authority occasionally. | One motivational strategy I would use for Vincent would be for him to start goal setting in order to help him cope with the fact that he has no drive for advancement within the job field. This should help him want to either do better or eventually want better for himself over time.
