We have appointment times, SP times, formation times and many other start times that dictate we will be there. If a Convoy has an SP time of fifteen hundred hours and the Soldiers decide to show up late because they did not feel like getting ready on time people could die. If they rolled out on time, they may have avoided the ambush or avoided the Vbid that hit them in the bottleneck. It sounds extreme but time management plays a critical role in the Army. When you make an appointment that spot has been reserved for you. That means if you have been given the last slot someone else is going to have to wait for another one to open up. This could be one day or one month. And because you missed it someone else is still going to have to wait when they could have had that spot and been there. If you are going to miss the appointment or cannot make it due to mission they do allow us to cancel the appointment with in twenty four hours. The Army allows us to make appointments for whatever we need. Be it for a medical appointment, house goods, CIF, Smoking Sensation or whatever we need these recourses are available to us. Page This poem transformed an everyday situation such as a simple motel pool into a unique event which makes you think about different situations. Its starts off by saying “the plump good-natured children play in the blue pool” this line makes you think that the author is describing what little children experience in the summer seasons, the children are having their first encounter from the previous winter season where the fat on their bodies protected them from the freezing environment. The image of plump children are usually looked at as very young, not yet the age of puberty so they still have baby fat. The symbol that these plump children represent is innocence and purity. The poem continues into describing how there children are playing in the wet dirt on the exterior of the pool. The dirt is getting wet by the blue pool waters so the children are now slipping and sliding in the dirt which gives the appearance of oiled skin. “slide and tumble, oiled, in the slippery sun.” When water is touched it moves into wave patterns which is the image. the symbol of “churning the water; or-seamstresses-cut and sew with jack-knives its satins invisibly” is described by the movements a child's curious hand makes as its swirled around through the water. The basic theme of the Subway ad is that the men who are in training for a rugby tournament are filling their stomachs with a healthy breakfast sandwich. The sandwich and the athletes represent the fact that a good breakfast will promote a effective workout that you will be pleased with. ESPN continues to show the same types of ads, perfect and fit athletes who eat healthy and drink sport drinks such as Gatorade, or active women who want the tampons made specifically for athletic body movements, so they can continue to do their day to day activities.
