Mr. Lofter was a tall, pale man. He was a handsome adult male, and looked somewhere between 30-40. He was difficult to figure out at first. He was a business man, and all I knew was that he went from town to town to check the buildings he had bought. If I didn't meet him Iwouldn't know what to do. I have finally ascertained, and I have found my life purpose.

It was a cool and misty morning. I was scrunched up in a corner shivering tremendously. All I knew was that my mother, and father had died for some particular cause when I was a baby. I've rummaged through dumpsters and whatnot to feed my self and quench my thirst. It was an horrifying experience. I managed to make it by continuously doing what I've been successfully doing. I merely hoped that no one would catch me, and put me back in the orphanage home. Back then I didn't sustain as much education, and I didn't know what to do. Thankfully later on he did aid me.

After hours of shivering, and some thoughts of how life is moving on, I've finally fell to sleep. I awakened up to soft murmurs and I felt a warm touch on my head. I bounced up, like an bullet, and I took my belongings in a jiffy. Before I ran away I turned my head quickly so that I could catch their appearance. That's when I saw Mr. Lofter. I turned back, and for some reason a tear fell down my face. Heck, I've even cried a few times. But I simply swiped the offending tear off.

"Take hold of the girl!" cried Mr. Lofter's secretary. Mr. Lofter nearly missed, but seized the bag I was holding, and pulled it forward. I then fell over. It felt like a slow-motion experience. Everything melts around you, and on the spur of the moment you have a scared sensation. "Quiet down!" exclaimed Mr. Lofter.

After a few minutes I realized there was no escape and I stopped. I then swiped the rheum in my eyes. I was a long time before Mr. Lofter talked to me. He first talked to his secretary, which I afterward found out her name was, Ms. Rivera. He wrenched back to me.

"What's your name?" asked Mr. Lofter.

"Elizabeth," Elizabeth whispered.

The way he talked was soft. It was like what Jess Scott had said. "When someone loves you the way they talk is different. You feel safe and comfortable". It is exactly how I felt this morning. He then asked me why I was here, and asked about my story.

"I would adopt you," said Mr. Lofter.

"The problem is that I already have children of my own, and it'll be too nerve-wracking for me," whispered Mr. Lofter.

"You're starting to send me back to the orphanage aren't you?" questioned Elizabeth.

"That's your choice," replied Mr. Lofter.

"You have many years ahead of you, I'm probably past half of my liveliness," articulated Mr.
