답 : c. tail -n 2 project

...THE TECH-SLACKY HOWTO Author: Santiago Romero http://www.escomposlinux.org/sromero/linux/pringao/techslacky-howto.html Translation: Javier Malonda (supervised by Antonio and Sinner from the Prairy) 30 de mayo de 2002 1. Introduction Welcome to the tech slacky-Howto! The present document is a practical guide to demonstrate the following universal truths: Windows is easy to install (even a child could do it); it’s just about clicking OK. Windows is easy to use (even a child could do it); you don’t need to know anything to start using windows. Windows can perform advanced tasks even if the user doesn’t know a word about computing; you don’t need to know what RAM is or how a computer works. Windows can be learned in a few minutes. It’s plug and play! Thanks to Windows, computers are now easy to use and this is why there’s a computer at each home. People wouldn’t be able to use computers if it weren’t for Windows. To demonstrate all the preceeding premises we will need the help of two special collaborators: Johnny Smartass (myself), an adorable 16 year old youngster son of the woman living at 1354 Evergreen Terrace, next house to... Ralph Jones, our just graduated in Computing Sciende after hard working years, GNU/Linux user and Free Software defender. 2. Required ingredients for the tech slacky-Howto In order to verify the premises exposed before we will need: A user who never owned a Personal Computer (Johnny Smartass in our example). A user with computing knowledge...

Rute Linux Tutorial

...LINUX: Rute User’s Tutorial and Exposition Paul Sheer August 14, 2001 Pages up to and including this page are not included by Prentice Hall. 2 “The reason we don’t sell billions and billions of Guides,” continued Harl, after wiping his mouth, “is the expense. What we do is we sell one Guide billions and billions of times. We exploit the multidimensional nature of the Universe to cut down on manufacturing costs. And we don’t sell to penniless hitchhikers. What a stupid notion that was! Find the one section of the market that, more or less by definition, doesn’t have any money, and try to sell to it. No. We sell to the affluent business traveler and his vacationing wife in a billion, billion different futures. This is the most radical, dynamic and thrusting business venture in the entire multidimensional infinity of space-time-probability ever.” ... Ford was completely at a loss for what to do next. “Look,” he said in a stern voice. But he wasn’t certain how far saying things like “Look” in a stern voice was necessarily going to get him, and time was not on his side. What the hell, he thought, you’re only young once, and threw himself out of the window. That would at least keep the element of surprise on his side. ... In a spirit of scientific inquiry he hurled himself out of the window again. Douglas Adams Mostly Harmless Strangely, the thing that least intrigued me was how they’d managed to get it all done. I suppose I sort of knew. If I’d learned...

A Web Portal for ‘the Arnewood School

...process increasingly more data about students and the subjects which they study. This often includes timetable, homework and attendance data amongst many other potential data sources. In many schools there currently exists no solution for students or their parents to view this data as information from one user friendly interface. The Arnewood School is a secondary school and sixth form college which has realised the need for this kind of information to me made available to students and parents via a secure, user friendly, single sign-on interface. This project aimed to produce a web portal which integrated and displayed information from preexisting and newly designed information systems in a way which was inline with the requirements of The Arnewood School and potential users. Due to the nature of developing such a system without having any knowledge of user requirements, a suitable methodology had to be selected which allowed for vague user requirements that could change at any time. Following this, background research and user requirements gathering was completed in order ensure the solution matched both the requirements of users and the requirements specified by The Arnewood School. Finally, the solution was designed and implemented before being suitably tested and evaluated. i Acknowledgements First and foremost I would like to thank Kevin McEvoy my project supervisor for his help...
