“Chelsy!” the teacher yelled in annoyance. Chelsy responded with a hum, confirming she heard the teacher, but never taking her eyes off her book. “Chelsy, put that book down and pay attention to the board,” said the teacher trying to keep calm but struggling to, “or I’ll take it.” “Fine.” Chelsy put her book down and tried to pay attention to the board, but was lost in her own thoughts, thinking about what was happening in her book. While she was busy making theories about the book, the bell rang.

Her next class was Chemistry, but she didn’t care much because she had her face buried in her book again. Mr. James, the science teacher, was a lot more calm and understanding towards Chelsy’s reading habit. “Hey Chelsy, could you put your book down for a couple minutes. We are going to do a lab today, and I need you to pay attention,”Mr. James said calmly. Chelsy obeyed, reluctantly, and payed attention.

Chelsy grabbed her books and headed outside to meet her friends, Eric and Janna. Eric was average in height and had pitch black hair that went down just past his ears. Janna, having dark blue hair that went down pass her shoulder blades, was a little shorter than Eric.
