FreshDirect is an online grocery that delivers to residences and offices in the New York City metropolitan area. FreshDirect also offers next-day delivery to most of Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, Staten Island, Nassau County, Westchester County, Fairfield County, Hoboken, New Jersey and Jersey City, New Jersey.

•Fresh Direct have built their reputation as a grocery store that you don’t have to go to, they come to you in New York.
•Able to help busy people lives become a little easier with their home delivery service.
Weaknesses
•Most people like to be able to see and smell some of their food before they buy.
•Fresh Direct is located only in New York.

Employee turnover is affecting every organization in every industry and have been experiencing high rates of turnover.
There are a number of factors that contribute to employee turnover. One of the reasons why employee turnover is so high is because of our economy. Exit interviews reveal that the most common reason given for leaving is because of the pay they are earning. The need of getting higher paid jobs is important to many. In some cases the difference might be .50 cents or 1.00 dollar but it will be enough for an employee to leave one job for another. When the economy is better the availability of different jobs plays a role in employee turnover.
Another factor that contributes to employee turnover is the performance of the organizations. An organization that appears to be in economic difficulties will raise the specter of growing layoffs. Employees believe that it would be better to seek other employment to feel secure with their employment.
