It is undoubtful that the NF CORN PEELING MACHINE is the best equipment for peeling wheaat, corn, rice, sorghum, barley, buckwheat, oat and so on.

Corn Flour Milling Machine Model: NF series duplex

This Corn Flour Milling Machine Features: Complete function, low noise, no dust, high degree of automation, convenient installation and low production cost.
High automation degree, reasonable structure, stable running, reliable features, low energy consumption, high efficiency, low production cost, good benefit, low noise, no dust, safety and sanitation, energy conservation and environmental protection, easy installation and convenient maintenance.
It grinds wheat, flour or other cereals or grains into flour by the grinding roll of the grinder. Then the flour is winnowed and screened by the circular screen. At last, we package the flour and the bran separately.

Duplex Corn Flour Milling Machine is mainly used in small size of coarse grain flour processing plants.

Corn Flour Milling Machine working principle and features: The moisture content of the unprocessed grains should be 13.5~14.5%. Start the blower and then start the grinder. When the blower and the grinder are both started, the workbin can be blanking. When the grinding head stock bin has material, then we operate by the order of the combined grinding brake. When we shut down the machine, we should shut down the grinder first, then the blower. Flour milling process should be repeated. We can adjust the roll clearance three to four times successively until it reaches the flour yield. It can adjust the flow by adjusting the clearance between the flow plate and the feeding roll. Rotating the hand wheel screw can adjust the flow.

The Great Functions of Maize Flour Mill Equipment

...of Maize Flour Mill Equipment: 1. Easy structure, good manufacturability in processing and installation, small volume and convenient operation. The whole machine only occupies an area of less than one square meter and we only need to install pitch screw for fixing. 2. Wheat, sorghum and paddy peeling and polishing function. 3. Internally installed efficient winnowing and dust removing blower. 4. High output and good effect. The discharging port of the peeling chamber can accurately control corn or wheat staying time in the grinding chamber by pressure valve and ensure the effective friction with alloy roller so as to realize better peeling effect. Working principle: after cleaning up, the unprocessed corn enters into the peeling chamber of NF-280 maize flour mill equipment through feeding port. By control the feeding speed at the feeding port and the pressure of the pressure valve, we make the peeling chamber have some pressure. The machine squeezes, peels, degerminates, removes impurities and polishes the material between the rotary roller and the screen. And under the pneumatic effect, the corn kernels and the bran separate automatically and then we can get qualified corn kernels. The machine is internally installed efficient air suction chamber which can remove the skin and impurities from the grinding process.
