...As soon as you pull into the Factory Town USA shopping center you can immediately smell the aromas from Chipotle Mexican Grill. There are a few small stores in the plaza but it’s clear that Chipotle is the main attraction. The plaza is right off of route 9 going through Westborough, Ma. The parking lot is a little difficult to find parking but the flavors that you are about to taste are well worth the struggle to find parking. The Westborough location is probably the best one I have been to. From the time you walk through the door the team there is friendly and hard-working. At other locations there is always a mile-long line that makes you question if it’s really worth the wait; it always is. But at this location there is never a line longer than about five people. During my visit I went with my mom and dad. We usually don't go for a specific reason other than to put an end to my constant begging for Chipotle. But this time, in addition to ending my begging, we were going for a quick meal before I had to be brought back to campus. We walked in and were immediately greeted by all of the employees. The goal is to develop a better understanding of the gamut of issues related to on-street parking, ranging from parking demand and the pedestrian environment to less researched topics such as the efficiency of land use. In addition, the basic question of safety is addressed in a more precise way than previously by taking into account actual vehicle speeds and crash severity levels. The investigation points to on-street parking as crucial in benefiting activity centers on numerous levels. Users of the downtowns consistently valued these landefficient on-street parking spaces over and above off-street surface lots and garages. Greg Mitchell, the valet parking attendant, gave Hartman a receipt that stated “The Management is Not Responsible for Damages Incurred by Valet Parking Customers” on the back but Hartman did not read it. She began walking in between the cars just as Mitchell started to accelerate forward. When he saw Hartman between the two cars, he attempted to brake but hit the accelerator instead. This caused Hartman to be wedged in between the two cars. In order to help her, Mitchell got out of the car, but slipped on the icy pavement causing injuries to himself.
