As a child with hashimoto’s thyroiditis my body’s development is slower than others. But I do not use my condition as an excuse not to work as hard as everyone else. One of the methods that I have used in the past was mind-mapping because I went through a stage where I felt as if mind maps was a reflection of my brain. It was all over the show and it was really messy. I also tried physical studying. I would use diagrams and physical objects such as cue cards to help me study.
I found it difficult to adapt to certain study methods and it got frustrating. In actual fact I became despondent always thinking I won’t be able to find the proper study method. I then tried studying with music. This method also failed as I am someone who gets distracted easily. Intra-personal
The first one is naturalist intelligence and these are the people who has the ability to identify and distinguish between different types of animals, weather formations around the world and are able to tell the different types of plants. These people are nature smart. They are able to study out in the open around nature.
The second one is logical-mathematical intelligence these are the people who has the ability to do calculations, solve mathematical problems, abstract problems, they can develop equations and different proofs. These people are reasoning and number smart. These people draw up tables which consists of lists of key points. They also draw mind maps and they then connect the points that they have gathered with arrows.
The third is bodily-kinaesthetic intelligence these are the people who uses their own bodies to create and solve their problems. These are body smart people. They would use flashcards when they study because they are tactile learners they work best when they physically touch things. They can do role plays. They can study in a room where it is spacious so that they can move
