At 10:49 AM on 11/11/15, K. Thomas called the upper division of student services center. I, Megan Baker, answered the call. Kendra Thomas asked to speak with the Academic Advisor, Zakia Williams-Sledge. I transferred the call to Mrs. Williams-Sledge, however she was out of the office that day. K. I explained to her that I was not just a ‘student worker’, and the CHHS ‘student workers’ are not only knowledgeable, but helpful. She then stated that she did not care about what I had to say, and once again demanded to speak to someone with authority. This call lasted one minute and 35 seconds until I transferred K. Thomas to the Secretary/Staff Assistant, Donna Sasserman. K. Thomas called the upper division phone number a final time at 10:54 AM, however I did not
