1. Answer the following 5 questions.
I. What were the results of your two tests?
1. The first test was the race test, and I was diagnosed as strongly biased toward European American over African Americans.
2. Finally, the test Science and Liberal Arts was taken, and I received a slight implicit association for male and science.

II. What makes this experiment/test reliable?
1. The test’s reliability counts on the scientific approach for the collected data and the statistic correlation used to indicate the implicit bias the tester may possess. Moreover, the double test and randomly allocated initial asymmetry, African decedents and upright words being first 50% of the time, minimize the effects one might have with adaptation during the test, previous knowledge of it, and predispositions for left handed people over right handed.

III. …show more content…
Given your results, do you think you have these unstated/implicit biases? Give reasons why and/or why not.
1. Although the bias strength on race partiality surprised me I accept the result as truthful. The reason for that inclination might be explained as follows:
1. Unfortunately, in several countries, African descendants form the clear majority of the poor population and, therefore, they represent the major percentage of the criminals. With that statistic around us daily, it is difficult to avoid this malicious association. In addition, we are frequently bombarded with this very bias from most media that represent most the editor’s and journalist’s tendency for Europeans as well. Summarizing, we live in a society that continuously favors Europeans over any other race, and although it is changing we must try to accelerate this pace.
2. For the gender correlation with science and liberal arts I was expecting a strong relationship for men and science, not a slight one.
1. This could be based on my own experience over the course of my studies and carrier. In both scenarios, most people I was dealing with when in science subjects were

...important to be aware of what servers are Global Catalog servers, especially if you have more than one domain and even if only one domain, they will be prefered by applications like Exchange server. It is recommended to place the forest roles on one Domain Controller (DC) and the domain roles on another server.
