She also stated that Lara needed access to Kristin Gilbert's email. Called Kim and Lorenzo and connected remotely to their computers. Updated Silverlight and verified that the application that required it worked correctly. Called Lara who reported that the issue had been resolved and she no longer needed access to the email account.

Cheryl reported that the email and Active Directory accounts for a new employee, Lanie, had her name misspelled. The spelling first provided was incorrect. Logged into the Office 365 ports and the server and corrected the spelling on both account.
Tiffany reported that Carla could not log in to any of the company files when connected remotely. Attempted to log in with Carla's credentials to the workstation acting as a server, but could not as the password did not work. Logged in as administrator and reset Carla's password to the one documented. Was then able to log into Carla's profile and could open all three company files
"Earnest reported that he could not log into his email account on his phone or in Outlook. Logged into the Office 365 portal and reset his password. Verified that he was then able to log in.
