New plan of action Our strength is our marketing territory consisting of 50% plus affluent residents they still need to be offered a deal. Advertising is assigned the task of bundling and designing complete holiday themed table place settings that come in a bundle. Settings to include placemats, diner, salad, desert and bread plates, red and white wine glasses, napkins, and cutlery. Salespeople will offer an addition 10% discount for each additional bundle of 4 or more place settings after the initial purchase of 4 at regular price. Ordering department will select the independent contractors. After viewing the product samples and marketing selections every contractors will have specific guidelines to insure we get the product ordered without substitutions with the same quality of the samples or the contract is voided and the product will be returned at contractor’s expense. Be sure to include specific timeline from order to delivery or product will be returned at contractor’s expense. The potential for more sales within our existing customer base can be tapped by offering a loyalty discount to repeat orders from existing customers. We will also lunch a referral bonus to our loyalty customers to be used on their next order if their referral purchases our products. Two of our employees have jumped ship to our new competitor to higher pay. I am now offering bonuses to all employees who offer any ideas that prove to increase our efficiency or revenue. Suggestions from any and all staff members do not have to be limited to your own department.
