* Compare the competitor's strategies (Pizza Hut, Pappa John's, and Little Ceasars). Based on your knowledge of the industry, what conclusions can you draw? * Outlining a rough competitor analysis, what does the level of interdependence between the rivals reveal about competitive behavior that can be expected from these competitors? * Evaluate the pros and cons of Domino's strategic approach. Do you agree with the company's decision to focus primarily on delivery and cost leadership? * Review Domino's cooperative strategy. Are there advantages that could be gained by entering a cooperative strategy with organic food suplliers? * What are some of the near-term results you anticipate in the industry? Long-term results?

Little Caesars clearly provides a cheaper option which is often about half the cost. A disadvantage of Little Caesars includes that some locations do not deliver and are carry-out only.
