Executive Summary
This report presents an analysis and evaluation of decisions taken by the Ojaman University management and the data presented by the heads of departments in the university. Methods and tools of operations management are used to analyse results and to assess decisions. Data analysis shows gaps in the information provided by the management team; some information was insufficient and some important information was neglected. The report describes improvement areas that require further investigation and remedial actions by the university management. The report also shows that some of the analysis conducted by the university management has limitations, mainly related to information about supply chain management, ticketing profits, additional overhead, consumables, quality standards, specifications and staff salaries.
