On June 8, 2016, during a regular day at work, much like every other day, Isaac Matthews, a long-time employee of Oldcastle Precast, was involved in a tragic accident at work. Through no fault of his own, his foot was crushed between a piece of equipment and a wall. He was rushed to Sacred Heart Medical Center. Isaac has supported his family working at Oldcastle Precast since 2005. Eager to learn, he worked his way up from a concrete laborer to a batch plant equipment operator at the Spokane, Washington plant.
