1.0 Introduction
Every organization has its own unique challenges faced on a day to day basis. This paper however looks into case of Jim Davis who is employed by Hereford National Bank. Apparently, Jim Davis is finding it difficult to cope with some issues such as management, cultural change, leadership, collaboration and transparency within the organization. First of all, Jim Davis was not informed of the policy of zero accounts balance and no one was in a position to give explanations. This is a problem that comes under poor management or lack of transparency. Another issue that Jim had to deal with is being overworked with no immediate assistance given falling below lack of collaboration. With that regard, the main problem that seem to affect Jim the most is that managers in the Hereford National Bank lack of responsibility and are not accustomed to change. This is why this paper stands to analyze these issues and give clear recommendations.
2.0 Analysis
2.1 Management
Most organizations find managers to be the most essential staff to create and deliver operational strategies to enable efficiency within the organization in short, managers measured against tangible results meaning that they must have the necessary skills to achieve such goals. It is required of managers to be thinking creatively and more fasters when it comes to identification on what and how things have to be done in the organization leading to prosperity (Rosenstiel, 2011). This is something that appears to lack in Hereford National Bank. It is very unfortunate to find that a financial institution
