USAA encourages positive Organizational Behavior through and through. It appears they have accepted a "Single behavioral expectation." This is underlined in the USAA Standard. The USAA Standard breaks down the Organizational behavior expected and acquired through they employment process at USAA. Under the USAA Standard, there are five categories and requested behavior is broken down further. The five categories are "Keep our membership and mission first", "Live our core values: Service, Loyalty, Honesty, Integrity", "Be authentic and build trust", "Create Conditions for people to succeed","Purposefully include diverse perspectives for superior results", and "Innovate and build for the future." Understanding the investment and the involvement with your employee can give the company a chance of better moral, better atmosphere for the work family at USAA.
Yes, USAA has a positive organizational behavioral standard that is demonstrated through the consistent effort of the employees to reinforce a diverse culture, values, and their mission as financial consultants all over the world. The reinforcement of their moral values is to assist those U.S. military men/women and their loved ones in resting assure that their financial needs are met. The USAA company welcomes those who are deemed truly passionate in delivering the mission. The positive mission is demonstrated through understanding the needs of the consumers through providing the best direct services and innovative solutions there is ("Culture At Usaa", 2016). To tackle the single behavioral expectations one must aspire to be a success and an asset to the company.
