Management of Outsourcing I engaged the online Vark Assessment and was not all surprised that I scored the following points in each category listed: Visual: 7, Aural: 2, Read/Write: 4, and Kinesthetic: 6. I have always been a visual type learner and it seems to stimulate my brain for retention purposes when learning, as opposed to listening to someone with no visual aides. Although I have retired from the military after 28 years of service, my intentions are to accept the position for the Army
Substance and Abuse Program (ASAP) as a Prevention Coordinator and Educator when the new fiscal year begins. A majority of the curriculum deals with visual aides and hands on, which will be an advantage for me and not necessarily an advantage for all the students in which, I will adjust for them accordingly. The article focused on the importance of outsourcing strategies on business organizations.
It related that outsourcing can be applied in various business processes including engineering, manufacturing, and marketing. It further related that several sourcing strategies techniques including quadrant one, which addressed the disparity in the process, quadrant to, which performed internal processes, and quadrant three, which provided many routine processes. It also stated that outsourcing strategies allow management to reconfigure and change the out- sourced relationship process and internal process performed by an organization. It discussed several topics such as the rhetoric and reality in the outsourcing process.
