In recruitment procedure there are numerous steps and these steps are important; because it allows the company to have a clear and precise actions that are required and also easy to follow. These procedures also give the mangers/supervisor clear direction on what to do when a vacant position arises in the company. In these steps provided it clearly identifies how important it is to keep all the legislation, contracts and template constantly updated and reviewed. Also it is very clearly outlined how much organising needs to take place and if the company doesn’t do certain changes and reviews that doesn’t corresponds with the Law such as OH&S salary, wages, taxes, how they judge the general public based on their colour, age, and disability the …show more content…
Psychometric testing typically includes a combination of aptitude and personality tests online which measure your job-relevant cognitive abilities and personality.

Advantages
1. It prevents the hiring a candidate who only has good interview skills.
2. Gives applicants who don’t do to well at interviews or who are just shy to show they can be valuable employee to the company.
3. It allows the employee to have a clear overall picture of the candidates, through psychometric testing the employer is able to identify the candidates personality, how they perform under pressure, do they work well in a team or individuality and many more.
4. Psychometric testing allows school leavers and any candidates who didn’t too well at school get a profitable job. Throughout the test the employees will be able to see how they will benefit in their company and provide them with the appropriate training.
