A briefing paper on an evaluation about my self and an evaluation about my teammate was requested by the Human Resource Manager. This evaluation is done to understand what kind of personalities we possessed and how to blend in with the working environment or the workplace with the different kinds of personalities. By this briefing paper me and my colleague will identify the positive effects and the negative effects our personalities reflect in the Working place and when working in teams.

Background
The area manager of Shafan is considering appointing two individuals. Sajini and ihara to the positions of finance manager finance coordinator respectively. The two positions have very separate responsibilities.
As the finance manager, sajini will be responsible for informing staff of their duties, approving leave ,conducting staff training and dealing with clients firsthand , caking phone calls making appointments, welcoming clients at reception and informing the stylists of their arrival.
Purpose
The purpose of their report is to determine whether sajini and Ihara will work successfully together, based on their personality, Interaction and learning styles. They will be working together on a daily basis and so must be compatible in terms of how they interact with one another and also how they plan to run the finance
Scope
Both Sajini and Ihara completed several personality inductors, It result of which will provides some suggestion as to weather they will be compatible the work environment. They following indicators will be used to ascertain such information . * -------------------------------------------------
