A wellness plan is defined as an idea for getting personal wellness. Personal wellness is used for health and satisfaction in multiple ways. There are many factors involved in personal wellness, and each will play role to develop and maintain overall well-being in an individual. As everyone is well aware of that, health is better than wealth. Today in fast moving world to keep our body healthy is a big task to achieve. Now the question arise in our mind that what should be definition of complete healthy person. The answer in my mind is that health is defined as absence of any disease or impairment in a healthy person. Moreover he should cope with his all demands of daily life with an ease, balance and equilibrium that a person has established within him and ability to adjust with his social and physical environment accordingly. From that, we can say health is a form of physical exercises, bran disorder, and community well-being and not the absence of disease only.

During stress, the person used to consume imbalance diet having more sugar, and more carbohydrates. More fatty foods which lacks of essential nutritional values with the result person become obese and over weighted. The obesity is the base of many life threatening diseases. The stress management can be made by taking nutritional diets and adopting healthy life style. Moreover I used to take one hour for myself every evening of the work week to keep myself away from phone and computer. I will do something for me, and spend time reading a book, hangout with my friends and my family, or do something physically active around the house .this practice relaxing me and give me inner happiness.
