The event organiser will be planning, organising and executing a wedding at the exclusive Links Hope Island in Queensland, Australia on Friday the 20th of December 2013 from 5:00pm onwards.
Guests- family and friends will be flown in from Kenya and will be staying at a hotel that will be paid for as part of the invite from the Bride and Groom.

The bride will arrive in a helicopter with her family that will land on the golf course whilst the groom waits upon her arrival at the Links Hope Island with the rest of the guests in a pink and white vintage surrounding which is the bride’s selection theme.
The bride’s maids will be wearing long elegant pink dresses whilst the men will be wearing black suits, white shirts and pink ties to match their ladies.

The wedding ceremony will be on Links Hope’s beautiful golf course. There will be white chairs set on the grass for the guests overlooking the stunning lake as well as a white wedding arch with vibrant white flowers attached where the gorgeous couple will exchange their vows.

This will be followed by an A La Carte wedding reception dinner in the the “Fountain Court with its stunning centrepiece and warm ambiance’’ (Links Hope, 2013)
There will be a long head table with a white frilly table cloth and white chairs with pink ribbons tied around. Behind the table, there will be white drapes with yellow fairy lights hanging and on either side of the table, there will be blooming pink and white Lillies in vintage looking flower pots to match the wedding theme.
The guests will be sitting at round tables with white table cloths with the same looking chairs as the head table but with the Lillies as the centre pieces.

There will then be a dance floor opened in the Grand Ballroom to continue the celebration.
There will be a DJ for all those with special requests followed by the newly wedded couple’s first dance.
