Employees can concentrate on specific task and utilize their strength effectively. Accordingly, it can avoid the overlapping of valuable resource and increase the productivity which is essential to the organisational success. Besides, Fordism indicated that the allocation of work task should be according to the ability of the workers(Brooks,2009).For example, untrained employees should do the simply equipped work. Conversely, skilful and reliable employees should be responsible for the complex task such as marketing and finance. It is feasible to improve the quality of production as they are given appropriate task.
