CCRB case findings concluded that, because PO Ortega, Mr. Cortes and Mr. Rosas made referenced to PO Hale being present during the incident that conspired inside and outside of the station, PO Hale provided a false alibi by informing CCRB Investigator that he could not have been a witness to their investigation due the fact that he was in the bathroom when everything took place.
