I. Secret is exercising II. Percent Americans overweight (65%) III. Photo before/after, stairs, tying shoes IV. There are many positive health benefits from exercising and weight loss such as, being able to get a better night sleep, lowering your blood pressure and decreasing your risk of developing diabetes.
Transition: First, let’s see how your sleep could be affected by being overweight

Body
