Introduction Product quality design can be an amorphous concept, even when it is thoroughly explained, with an abundance of examples. Part of the difficulty is the various arenas in which product quality is required. Construction, automobile manufacturing, and information systems

Add to that the advent, and extremely quick evolution of cellular phones that require increasingly more sophisticated hardware parts, along with software applications, and the concept of product quality design can get away from the best people involved in the practice.
