Profile of a Small Business

Every entrepreneur has a dream of success when planning their business. It is important to have a plan before laying the bricks, or the ideas and decisions that can ground a business. A thorough plan should be discussed and reviewed to understand the business ideas from all angles in order to become successful. Rita Hunter felt the need to accommodate busy business people with a conveniently accessed gym to get in some daily exercise. Many people are too busy with working and life that it can be hard to commit to a workout regime or just to integrate some time to focus on physical fitness. By generating a convenient location close to a large amount of people and their workplace, creates convenience for the customer. Rita Hunter of Pulze Fitness Center provides a full service fitness center as well as training and guidance to her clients. Rita offers training programs for large corporate groups for many of the businesses in the area. The research that was performed showed that the location of interest to her did not have a full service fitness center. Some of the success of Pulze Fitness Center have been attributed to the location of the center in the downtown business district in Greenville, South Carolina. The location of the center in the business district helped the fact that there is not much space to accommodate for parking for her clients. With most of the clients that work downtown, they are just walking distance from the center and don’t have to worry about parking. Another contributing factor was the new neighborhoods that were being built in the area.
