The main purpose of the proposed project is to provide 15 orphan girls in YY Djamoat of Rasht District, VVVV with adequate accommodation and living conditions. This purpose will be achieved through (i) mobilization of financial resources in the amount of $40,000 from local entrepreneurs, and (ii) construction of a new orphanage building. The project is scheduled to start in January 2015 and complete by the end of September 2015. The project cost is estimated at $72,000. The project will be implemented by the Khukumat of Rasht district.
