Promotion is one of the components in the marketing mix which playing a very important role as well, because it is the component to deliver the message in the right timing and right place to the target market. Digi has delivered the marketing message through several types of the method to the target market through the media in order to draw their attention toward the brand Digi. Digi is a non-personal selling product because it used advertising to promote their products through the whole country by using advertising. Not only this they also using pushing strategy to push their products and services by giving incentive to the retail shops to help the company promote their products. Digi also enjoying the massive revenue by now which is at the stage maturity so Digi need not to spent too much appendix on advertising since it is a well-known brand in the Malaysia. Digi delivers the message to the audience by using all sorts of social media such as press, television, radio, billboard, and the internet. Digi advertisements can be seen in most of the places and channels because they are using intensive distribution. They tend to saturate the market here in Malaysia by distributing their Sim packs to all the retailer shops all over the Malaysia. They first will distribute the products to the agent-whole seller –retailer and last will goes to the consumers. It is important to select a good medium to deliver the message so that the target market will be reached. Last, timing to promote the product and broadcast the message is also important because we have to make sure that the consumers will fully receive the message in order to reach the goal. Because we need to make sure that the consumer willing spent the money to purchase when they see the promotional product.
