Lisa was brought by her parents. For an overview of Lisa’s emotional state the (BYI-II) was administered to her, on 18th of October 2013. She scored below-average on self esteem, Average on Anxiety, Average on depression and Average on Anger, she did not administer the items on Disruptive Behaviours. Overall she seems to demonstrate emotional issues in an average level that may require clinical attention, further tests might demonstrate the possibility more clearly. Furthermore, her below-average scoring on self-esteem might reflect the fact that it was hard for her to make friends in primary school.

Behavioural Assesment. For an overview of Lisa’s externalised and internalised behaviours the Achenbach Behavioural Scales was administered. This is a group of assessments that was administered by the mother and father as the Child Behaviour Checklist meaning that both parents scored items in relation to the behaviour of their child (Lisa). Lisa also administered the Youth Self Reported (YSF) scale, which is an instrument that also belongs to the group of Achenbanch Behavioural Scales, aimed to assess Youth Self-Reported Psychopathology.

On the CBCL problem scales, Lisa’s Total Problems, Internalising and Externalising scores were all in the clinical range for parents' ratings of girls aged 6 to 11 as assessed by her mother and in the borderline clinical range as assessed by her father. Lisa’s speed of processing abilities as measured by the Processing Speed Index is in the above average range of her peers. Processing visual material quickly is an ability that Lisa performs extremely well as compared to her Working Memory. Processing speed is an indication of the rapidity with which Lisa can mentally process simple or routine information without making mistakes. Performance on this test may be affected by visual discrimination and visual-motor coordination. When you spoke with him about physics and radiation therapy he would impress you with his knowledge. On the other hand, we had to fire Tom shortly before three months from employment due to his lack of ability to get along with the department team members. Tom had no tolerance for others mistakes, did not communicate instructions clearly and was not willing to listen to counseling. His IQ was genius in mathematics but very low in interpersonal and social intelligence. In this paper we will review two theories of intelligence. The first one is Howard Gardner’s Multiple Intelligence Theory and the second one is Robert Sternberg’s Triarchic Theory of Intelligence. We will also consider with the reader aspects of intelligence testing with a broader perspective. Howard Gardner believes that there are at least eight basic intelligences. They are: “linguistic, logical-mathematical, musical, spatial, bodily-kinesthetic, naturalistic, social-understanding, and selv-understanding” (Berger, 2005, p. 528).
