A small town needs all the support it can receive. A big boost of that support comes from bus stops. They allow for savings economically and delete any inconvenience of the citizens not having transportation to work. In order for any small community to be successful; there must be jobs and people willing to work. This is just a harsh reality of life. In Ottumwa, Iowa, there are plenty of people with work and plenty of people willing to work. There is only one problem that is restricting these motivated people from work. That is that there is very little public transportation. Some people need this in order to get from one place to another, especially if it is to their work.
