On September 19, 2016, Dre’Quan Lamonta’E Hairston was charged with Rule Violation 29 K. Information gathered from a staff witness indicated that Dre’Quan Lamonta’E Hairston was founded to be in possession of a can of .42 oz. Body Guard Mace. Mr. King stated that at approximately 9:40 am Dre’Quan Hairston removed his belt, shoes and jacket for search. He then proceeded through the walk through metal detector. The walk through metal detector detected something metal at waist level on Dre’Quan right side. Dre’Quan was instructed to pull his front and back pockets out so that he could be hand wand. The hand detector went off on Dre’Quan Hairston right hip area. Mr. King asked Dre’Quan to give him whatever he had hidden in in his pants.
