The Department received a report on 07/23/2017 indicating that the mother (Quantavia Jackson) suffers from depression. The mother has no job, no food stamps, and is in the home with 4 children under the age of 5 (Harmony Jackson (5), Mikayla L. Poole (3), Neveah L. Poole (2), and Alissa Poole (11 ½ months). The mother was prescribed antidepressants, but cannot take them because she is breastfeeding Alissa. There are lights, food, and running water in the home. The father (Joshua Poole) works part time. The mother and Harmony are in need of counseling for alleged sexual abuse that was reported before.

CPI provide the family with a packet for general services in the community. Quantavia have completed the re-certification process for the food
