Silver presented his punishment of banning Sterling for life extracting him from anything related to the Clippers organization, and the National Basketball Association as a whole. An example of this is Alex Dang, an Asian American who utilized his opportunity by speaking out about the hardships that his community faces, the sacrifice that his parents had to make and the identity crisis that comes along with it.
