This report is prepared to provide information on how to proceed with recruit, select and induct the administration assistant for Goodson Construction Company and at the moment we are developing our company structure. Because of that, the company require a new staff to assist the administration team. Specifically, this paper aims to explain the reason of the employment and provide information for recruitment, selection and induction of new employee.

The major findings are as follows:

Within the considering process of the recruitment there are some information used to help making the decision and choosing the right candidate for the new position. Those information include job analysis for the administration officers, personal description and suitable applicants for the position.
