The central theme of this assignment is to explain the condition of a client who was admitted to the ward via accident and emergency department. For the purpose of this essay the patient will be referred to as Mrs. X. The pseudo name is given in accordance with the confidentiality and privacy code NMC (2004). Mrs. X has a condition of schizophrenia (a condition of mental health) because she had not complied with her prescribed medication.
