I have lived in many different cities throughout my life due to my father being in the military. Each of the cities that I have lived had a unique feel to them, and I’m glad I was able to experience the culture of each place because they added to my diversity. I consider Harker Heights, Texas, my hometown because I have lived there longer than any other location. What I like most about Harker Heights is the close proximity to the different major cities and ecoregions of Texas. Texas is a very large and diverse state, and being located in Central Texas, I am able to drive to a lot of the major population centers within four to five hours.
