Understanding that a relationship is a way of being connectedness between people. For example, a relationship can be between a man and a woman, mother and father, girlfriend and boyfriend, sister and brother, aunt and nephew or niece, and or same sex, etc.. Having a relationship can either be intimate or not. Having some sense of closeness and connection is most important because you have a trust and confidence person whether or not they are blood related or not. In a relationship there is always good and bad. The issues that I observed within my past to be the main issues in a relationship are communication, sex, money, responsibilities in the home, prioritizing the relationship, and trust. Now, what you do, how you interpret the situation, how you respond and how you resolve each situation will determine the outcome. The results can either damage or blossom the relationship. I have grown to understand that it takes two people to resolve any issue within a relationship. It can not just be the male solving all the issues. Social working is about people engaging with people(社交网络是关于人与人的互动的). As highly social animals, we human beings have always been interdependent and interactive. No man is an island, and you can’t live in a vacuum (没有人是孤立的,也没有人生活在真空中). Rather than remaining among our family from birth to death, we venture out. We spend our days mixing with great numbers of unfamiliar members of our species. Therefore, for human beings social networking is a way of life and a state of being. (对人类而言,社交网络是一种生活方式和一种存在状态). Concerning almost everybody in the society, social networking has far-reaching effects on all of usour growth. To put it into another way, social networking, which takes up a large proportion of our day-to-day life, may decide on our future academic and career development to some extent. “Birds of a feather flock together(人以群分)”. Connecting people in our social network who have common interests, we can not only share ideas, information and resources, but also offer each other help and support when necessary. This can further exemplified by the fact that many In many cases, social skills and interactions are crucial to success. Project Leadership ( 2003 ) There are four different kind of Leadership styles by focusing in 2 important dimensions of leadership behavior – Task behavior and Relatioship behavior. By indicating the “ Strength “ of each dimension simply as high or low, he arrive at four combinations which can be describe as 4 different styles of Leadership as follows : Directive Leadership: In Directive-leadership style leader are more focus on task itself . Leader will explain what must be done / how to do it / and when must be done with some deadlines. Consultative Leadership : Consultative is where leader are high supportive and high emphasis on task. In consultative leader are directive but in little more supportive way. Here leader will explain what needs to be done / when it has to be done and why it has to be done by offering some supportiveness to the team memebers. Participative Leadership : High supportive but less focus on task. Here leader might say what has to be done but not so much how to do it.
