Luci Demaris is the current teacher’s aide at Northeast Range school, and she also serves as a librarian. She started working at the school in 2014, and “... I took this job because of the hours. I wanted to participate in my son's senior year school activities, and this job had better hours to do that than my previous job.” Before she started working at the school, she was working as a direct support professional at Rural Living Environments in Babbitt. When I asked her what her favorite part of her job is, she replied, "It’s when I suggest a book to a student and they accept and read the book, and like it."
