After his discovery of the housings being short, Mark and his team are eager to know more about shorting the bonds so they have a meeting with Jared who walks them through a procedure and explains everything to them and they’re fully informed. Once Jared leaves the room, Vinnie makes a statement about not trusting what Jarred is speaking about, but because of the good communication and the ability to put ideas together and speak well to one another, the issue is resolved and everybody becomes on the same page and takes the chance to trust. This team was able to take to opinions/differences and come to one conclusion to the problem which was effectively managed regardless of differences on the matter.
