This paper aims to present and discuss both Richard Branson and Tony Hsieh on their business ventures, characteristics, and endeavours both inside and outside the business world, it will focus mainly on their successes and the trials and tribulations that came with it; including my own personal reflection and juxtaposition of myself and both Richard Branson and Tony Hsieh.
