Tea has a rich culture in Pakistan from the decades and part of our daily lives. People love its aroma, color and especially the most important is taste. Tea is becoming social day by day as it is offered to guests as a minimum. Results were compared with the previous researches and questionnaires were given to students who were also from other provinces than Punjab. So, mostly respondents think that tea is easily affordable and accessible. Consumption of tea increases as population increases day by day.

Introduction
Tea is a beverage that with a huge diverse aroma and taste, commonly prepared by pouring hot and boiling water over curd leaves of tea plant. Different regions throughout the country have their own different flavors and varieties, giving Pakistani tea culture a diverse blend like doodh chai patti in Punjab and masalah chai in Karachi. In present day tea is consumed in morning, at lunch time in office hours and evening time at home with snacks like biscuits and cakes. Tea is going to become a social symbol day by day. It is served at both professional and social gatherings. Tea is a part of a culture in a sense that it is offered to guests as a minimum. Tea is symbolically a drink that has been used by upper, middle and lower classes and commonly available everywhere easily in Pakistan. Tea is a symbolic representation in Pakistan. There are several different occasions and moments in which tea is made and served to guests, like as a sign of respect that younger people serve to older people and have some chit chat with them on everyday issues and matters and resolve them in lighter mood. And it is also served on large family gatherings and when friends meet after a long time of interval to refresh their memories. Our research paper on tea culture in Pakistan is based on these three questions.
• How tea and socialization relate to each other?
• Is tea a social symbol?
• What are the different events in which tea is served and why?

Literature review
Studies showed that presenting tea to guests and friends is a sign of hospitality which ultimately stronger the bond between two people. Etiquette and customs in Pakistan are beautiful that after shake their hands, they always prefer to present tea in meetings, to further elaborate their conversation. There are different occasions when tea is being served to guest like, there are tea and coffee breaks in-between office hours and long meetings. Tea is presented to guest in exhibitions and seminars with snacks and especially cupcakes. Students and staff in universities have tea breaks and lunch when they were tired of their work in cafeterias of universities where they cheer up the memories, gossips, have fun and light conversations. In Pakistani weddings tea is especially being served to guests as a name of pink tea (Kashmiri chai) which includes raisins and roasted almonds which are incredibly delicious in taste.
According to recent study (2013) by Dr Noor Ahmed Memon, emphasizes on tea as a common man’s drink that tea is the only drink after water that is pretty much affordable and accessible to all masses due to its affordable price among other drinks or beverages. Tea has also advantageous effects like it helped in fighting different type of bacteria, lowers the cholesterol level and boosts your energy as well. As population increases day by day, demand of tea is also increasing as per capita income. Most importantly he stated the fact that Pakistan is one of the few countries where tea has attained the status of basic food necessity. Tea has also become the essential requirement at breakfast in urban areas. Moreover, he also shared information that tea has huge market and competition over brands in Pakistan. The four biggest tea producers worldwide are China, India, Kenya and Sri Lanka. The important figures shared in study that import of tea in Pakistan in 2011-2012 are 123,893 in tones which is approximately having the value in Pakistani rupee 31,893 in million (pg.18).
Some studies, however, have taken a different approach by addressing the most important issues of our country. This study emphasize on how to replace guns with pencil, books and rhetoric with reading in northern areas of Pakistan (Greg and David, 2006). The quotation while interviewed from the resident of northern area explained almost everything related to tea and socialism as “The first time you share tea with a Balti, you are a stranger. The second time you take tea, you are an honored guest, the third time you share a cup of tea, you become family, and for our family we prepared to do anything, even die.”(Chap 12). This clearly explains how important is your first and second sitting/meeting to people with each other and this lead to friendship and sometimes even building family relationships. But it also does not mean that drinking three cups of tea with someone will make you a family member. It mean that taking time for people to get to know one another because it is more important to know people having fewer resources and their problems. With sharing a cup of teas you can build trust and create awareness on addressing important issues like spreading education in remote areas of Pakistan and peace with books not bombs.
Genevieve Chabot (2008) provides clear evidence that sharing a cup of tea makes understand people better and their core values in stronger way and helped building a stronger community. And it clearly showed that lady speaks freely about her experiences and also cooked delicious Kashmiri food for the author after many cups of tea served and enjoyed.
Tea is also good for your health, Laura Newcomer (2012), listed some serious health benefits from a research point of view as
• It boost your energy level as tea include antioxidants which helps in fat burning process
• It also reduces heart strokes
• It helps in fighting cancerous cells
• Green tea has also been found to improve human strength and bone density I think that the data analyzed in literature review is clear and depicts importance of tea in our culture but these studies have not paid attention to many other important factors relevant to our society and the data available is vague and not much helpful. The researchers have to focus on different aspects of society as well in detail. The development need in this research area to find opportunities like aspect of tea and political socialization (where major issues of the economy have discussed in lighter mode), television advertisements of Tea that showed our family values and emotions (rishta scenes which have greater impact on audience), and moreover the restaurants that depicts our cultural value (the Pak tea house and food streets which are the hallmark of life in big cities) and especially cafes where our younger generation is likely to go and have some tea and coffee.

Methods Participants:
Participants included ten undergraduate students and all of them were from Forman Christian College University. Questionnaires were randomly given to both male and female in equal manner. Most of them were between the ages of 18 to 23.Questionnaires were also given to the students from other provinces of Punjab as well.

Procedure:
Ten students were given the questionnaire. There were 10 questions asked from these respondents. A brief introduction of the topic was given to them to create better understanding of the topic. Questions were easy and understandable. All the research is all about how rich is our tea culture of Pakistan. Scale that we chose include agree, neutral and disagree.

Majority (70%) of the respondents agreed that they like to consume different type of flavored teas, 20% remained neutral and 10 % disagree with the statement. Discussion
Study conducted through questionnaire showed that mostly people agreed that tea is served to guests in our culture and it’s becoming social symbol day by day. There are neutral views about discussion on important issues during tea. People don’t think that it’s important to discuss things during tea sessions as they relax during tea breaks. According to survey it is easily accessible and available to all communities including labor as well. There are mixed reviews about tea advertisements, people don’t think that showing advertisements have greater impact on society as our youth now a days is more towards other media sources like internet etc...Yes people like to socialize while consuming tea at dhabba/restraint and like to chit chat. Few people disagree that host is not considered hospitable if he/she served another drink instead of tea. People have their own preferences and choices while consuming liquids. According to results of the survey, people agreed with higher percentage that consumption of tea is increasing day by day in our culture and everybody like to have different type of flavored teas.
Studies of the literature review and survey conducted through questionnaire relate to each other that presenting tea to guests is a sign of hospitability in our culture. Every age group enjoyed tea sessions in their lives. People like to try different type of flavored teas according to specialty of specific area and taste. Tea is common man’s rink and easily affordable and accessible and its consumption increases day by day.
I suggest that if sample area would be greater, we can show more appropriate results.

Conclusion
The findings of the study show that tea is very important part of our culture and it’s equally popular in all other provinces of Pakistan. On lighter note, people like to chit chat on tea breaks with snacks, having fun especially at some events or gatherings. Consumption of tea increases day by day as our population increases. Now trends are more towards flavored teas in urban cities. Now a day’s our young generation is more likely to prefer teabags and flavored teas because they give them a choice.
There is a fact that every age group enjoyed tea sessions in their lives with friends, colleagues and family members and had sweet memories attach with them.

It does so in order to make some far-reaching claims about the future justifications for active diversification of senior management in key public sector institutions. Findings - The distinctions between the business and moral cases are false, in that both have ethical reference points. However, the business case is not only difficult to translate to public sector institutions; there are also evidential problems with its adoption. In light of this the conclusion here is that the moral (deontological) case is the only one that has any long term value for proponents of diversity. Originality/value - The value of this paper is that it examines the confusion that surrounds different cases for advancing diversity as a policy aim and presents a clear delineation of them. It also draws out some of the - perhaps deliberate - blurring of the cases and underlines the huge problems with this all too common approach.
